I have dozens of drawings in my filing cabinet, most of them are part of various large commissions
(I usually draw species separately and combine them on my computer when designing the final artwork, together with the text, if required),
so there's always a chance I might have exactly what you need :)

Polish-Irish Community Mural in Portobello, Dublin

In June 2021, I had the pleasure of collaborating with artist Una Woods on a public mural in Portobello, Dublin, commissioned by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Dublin.

The mural was created as part of the #PolskEire Festival 2021, celebrating the cultural connection between Poland and Ireland and the Polish community's contribution to life in Ireland. Supported by Dublin City Council and Waterways Ireland, the project brought a colourful piece of collaborative artwork into the streets of Portobello.

For me, the project also had a personal dimension. As a Polish-born artist who has lived and worked in Ireland for many years, I particularly enjoyed contributing to public art that celebrated the links between the two countries. The mural provided an opportunity to bring together different cultural references and artistic approaches in a shared visual language.

Working collaboratively on a mural is very different from creating an illustration for a page or screen. The artwork has to respond to its physical surroundings and work at a much larger scale, while the collaborative process requires ideas, drawing styles and practical decisions to come together within a single composition.

Anna Sochanska, Ambassador of Poland to Ireland, and Hazel Chu, Lord Mayor of Dublin, officially launched the mural, marking the project's completion and its place within the wider #PolskEire festival programme.

I enjoy public art projects that connect illustration with place, community and storytelling. Murals can reach audiences who may never encounter wildlife or illustration through a gallery, book or traditional art setting, becoming part of the everyday visual landscape of a neighbourhood.
