How can I pay?
We use Stripe and PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?
No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.
How much is the delivery?
It's usually around €9 for posting a print, with a discount for more than one print. They'll be sent to you by registered post – you'll be able to track your item online and there'll be a signature required on delivery. Posting postcards is way cheaper, and I send them with regular post.
Packaging and the cost of the envelopes/tubes used are included in the price.
Are the prints signed?
Yes, and every print will have a sticker confirming the print's genuinity.
Is your site secure?
Yes. You pay through Stripe or PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solutions, not through this site.
I never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells me that you've paid.
Refund policy
If your item has never arrived or arrived damaged, I'll be happy to refund the money you paid me, or send the item again – depending on what you'll prefer.
